The Mama Bamba Way

The Mama Bamba Way is the way of developing awareness of yourself, of your baby and of each birthing moment. It will show you how to create a gentle and loving first impression of life for your baby when it moves from the womb into the world. Mamabamba means "Mother embrace" in the African languages of isiXhosa, siSwati and isiZulu.
